Add a presence indicator to the team roster

Wires the new live-presence data into the team roster. The members endpoint now returns each member's `presence`, so the service picks it up off the response and the panel can show an online/offline dot per row. Sorting and the name/role layout are unchanged. Checked against my team.
The workspace sidebar's team panel; presence is live server state (who currently has the app open), synced separately from the member profile, so it is only knowable from what the API reports.
Requirements
- The team panel lists each member as its name followed by its role.
- Members are listed sorted by name, ascending and case-insensitive.
- New: each row shows a presence dot — green when the member is online, gray otherwise — driven by the member's `presence` status ('online' | 'offline'), which the API now returns per member as `presence`.
