See where your team is blind together.
Practise reviewing AI-written PRs as a team and see which bug classes slip past the whole group. 30-day free pilot, then €300 per team per month.
For leads
See who is keeping the habit, where the team is blind as a group, and how that moves week over week.
For members
Practise at your own pace. Only your lead sees your activity facts (PR count, last active), the same ones you see about yourself.
Aggregate by design
Blind spots are reported for the team as a whole, never per person. No individual scores, no review comments, nothing to use in a performance review.
How the pilot goes
- Day 1: create the team. Name it, get an invite link. No card, no call.
- Day 1: share the link. Colleagues open it, sign in, and land on the team dashboard.
- Weeks 1 to 4: everyone reviews at their pace. One PR a day is enough. Progress saves to each person's own profile.
- Week 2: blind spots unlock. Once three members have reviewed a category, the team view lights up.
- Day 30: you decide. The dashboard stays readable, frozen as of that day. Members keep reviewing on their own profiles.
Ways teams use DiffDojo
- Onboarding new developers: new hires practise on AI-written PRs before they review real code.
- 4-week program: a baseline week, two weeks on the weak spots, then a before and after report.
- Security champions: eight security PRs across four stacks, with team results for the lead.
- Hiring take-home: candidates review three PRs in your stack; you see what they caught.
- Bootcamps and courses: students review AI-written PRs; instructors see the cohort's blind spots.
Team pricing
- €300 per month per team, up to 8 seats
- €30 per seat per month beyond 8
- 30-day free pilot 5 seats, lead included; the lead can raise it to 10 from the dashboard, and more through the feedback form.
After 30 days the dashboard is frozen as of that day; an extension for an active team unfreezes it. Invoice, not a checkout: EUR B2B invoice, bank transfer.
