Code review training for teams

A 4-week code review program that fits in the free pilot.

Your developers review realistic AI-written PRs, most with a planted bug and some deliberately clean, comment inline, and get graded on whether they made the right call. Four weeks, about one PR a day each, and at the end a before and after you can show.

Week 1: baseline

Create a team and share the invite link. Everyone reviews a few PRs from the library at their own pace. Once three members have reviewed in a bug class, the team's blind spots unlock: which classes the team catches and which it misses.

Weeks 2 and 3: practise the weak spots

Pick the weakest bug class as the team focus. Each class opens the PRs at least three of you reviewed, how many caught each one, and PRs to practise next. Reviews keep counting toward the team view every day.

Week 4: compare with the baseline

The pilot report puts the team's first week next to its latest week and lists results by bug class. Save it as a PDF for whoever approves the budget.

What it costs

The four weeks fit in the 30-day free pilot: 5 seats, lead included, no card. After that, €300 per month per team up to 8 seats, then €30 per extra seat, by EUR B2B invoice. Read the pilot terms.

Program questions

How much time does it take?

Half of the reviews on DiffDojo take under 5 minutes, and three in four under 11. The program assumes one PR a day per person.

Will the lead see individual results?

No. Blind spots and results are shown for the team as a whole. The lead sees each member's PR count and last active date, never their scores or review comments.
